Reorder — what to buy, and what to produce

What to buy from each supplier — to fulfil customer orders and to replenish stock — plus what to produce, in one list with no double-counting · data last updated

Each order quantity splits into two demand drivers: For orders = units needed to fulfil committed customer orders, and For stock = replenishment back to safe levels (order qty − for orders). Position, Reorder pt and Safety stock show why the line is on the list (a line is reordered when position falls to/below the reorder point). Order-driven lines (bespoke / made-to-order / kits) are added on top because the stock plan doesn’t carry them.
